Adsense and Urban Content

google logo

AdSense is a life saver. PERIOD! I have been running a company called
Abstract10.com
for about 10 years with my own financing. We began delivering video to the Internet back in 1999. Most of the users were using a 56k dial up and many people did not have an idea how to access video over the web. These problems made it almost impossible to generate revenue for years with our proprietary video library. P2P put an end to any logical business model that involved charging for the
content.
During web 1.0 it was next to impossible to get traffic to a site without millions in advertising, but we continued to film content simply for the love of our art form and not for cash. Then we discovered
Youtube
, which meant our distribution problems were solved. Then we discovered how to utilize Adsense to generate cash. Based on our projections, with the amount of urban content we control, we are looking forward to a bright future utilizing Adsense!

Microphone Check - Episode I

This historical clip is a portion of the first episode of the smash hit, online hip-hop series
Microphone Check.
Filmed in 1999, this episode features Merination Click, consisting of Arson, Michaelangelo, Phil Dog and K-Su. Shot in a graffiti laced basement in the desert of California's Inland Empire. The rugged setting was a perfect contrast to the beautiful style and appearance of the original host
Denise.
The clip exhibits a portion of their music in the background as they demonstrate the free spirit hip-hop lifestyle while communicating the importance of online distribution.

Abstract Israel T-shirt

ABSTRACT ISRAEL shirt

Zionist movement or the chosen people?
Highjackers
of the Holy land or the downtrodden result of WWII? Media mind controllers or technology gurus? Israel is a complex country resulting from years of
abstract
migrations, world events and wars. This t-shirt was created by utilizing the representation of the Star of David on the Israeli Flag. Many argue that David and other biblical characters were created to mimic the lifestyles of Egyptian pharaohs. The blue and white colors of the flag remain, but the mixture is "muddy", which is designed to represent questions of the establishment, occupation, and true abstract purpose of the
country.

After Further Review

after further review
Regardless of what some sports writers and enthusiast believe, Super Bowls have been won and lost on a single play. When the refs play a role in that rare single play, it always sparks microscopic controversy. During these rare moments in sports history there is a chill in the air just before the verdict of the play is announced to the crowd. This moment can be intense to many sports fanatics. After Further Review shows a long black and white ref looking into the reply booth. Flanked on each side are abstract faces of the coaches from each team. The bottom left shows a brown figure with red hair looking extremely disgruntled about the upcoming outcome! Jason Jenkins, Acrylic on Drywall, 2006

The Flats of Krivoy Rog Ukraine

Ukraine 024
October 2004 took me across the Atlantic into the Eastern Europe block of the Ukraine. After a grueling 24 hour flight, with stops in Minnesota and Amsterdam, I found myself in the capital city of Kiev. It was there that I was greeted by my host family and the blinders from my ignorant American brainwashed eyes were removed. The flat shown in this photo is located about 10 hours south of Kiev in an urban city named Krivoy Rog. The relative size of the bathroom and the government controlled heating system were two reminders that I was a world away from the comforts of Southern California.
